Do you offer walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure your preferred stylist is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards (excluding American Express), as well as debit cards and cash.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Our stylists and therapists are commission-based professionals. Last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments leave them with reserved time that cannot always be filled, directly affecting their income.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?

 If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. This helps us stay on schedule and provide quality service to all of our guests. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. 


Do all of your stylists charge the same price?

No. We use tiered pricing based on each stylist's experience and demand. Our newer stylists offer lower pricing, while our more experienced stylists charge higher rates.

How is pricing determined?

 Our services are buildable, with a base price that can be customized to your needs. Additional services such as extra color, toner, haircuts, and styling are priced separately. This approach allows us to provide fair, personalized pricing based on the services you receive. 

Can I bring children or a guest to my appointment?

 Yes! Children and guests are welcome. We ask that they are respectful of our salon environment and help us maintain a relaxing experience for all of our guests. Please keep in mind that color appointments can take several hours, so plan accordingly if bringing young children or a guest. 

What if I'm not happy with my service?

If you're not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days. If the result is not what was originally discussed, we'll gladly correct it at no charge, as long as the same stylist does the adjustment.

If you decide you want a different look than what was originally requested, additional charges will apply.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

 For most color services, clean or day-old hair works best. However, please follow any specific instructions your stylist provides, as some services may require a different approach.
